Herk Technologies, Inc. is a Massachusetts company founded by Christopher Anthony. Before Herk, Chris spent 25+ years leading product design at Citrix, Staples, Fidelity, TIAA, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including a 1,500-icon design system at Citrix with an estimated $20M a year in savings and UX for retirement products supporting $500M+ in digital money movement.

We build AI products the same way: decide what the machine should do, decide what stays with a person, and make both obvious to whoever is using it. Accessibility is part of the build, not a later fix — Chris has been a DOJ ADA Subject Matter Expert since 2014.
